Broken Meeple Top Ten - Solo Games

This was the most requested Top 10 list when I did my request for more ideas and feedback on the channel. So I have no problem providing it for you. (1) What is your favourite "card game" spin-off for another game and why?
(2) What game drives you to the biggest headache during the scoring phase?
